Using EngardeHQ
EngardeHQ helps organisers create and operate fencing competitions. You are responsible for the accuracy of entrant information, bout results, rankings, and any competition decisions made using the service.
Accounts and access
You must keep your sign-in account secure and only use an account you are authorised to use. Organisers are responsible for managing access to their competition and for sharing viewer links appropriately.
Competition data
You retain responsibility for the competition data you enter. Do not enter information you are not permitted to store or share. Public viewer pages should contain only information suitable for spectators and participants.
Availability
We aim to keep EngardeHQ available and accurate, but the service is provided during early access and may change. Keep appropriate operational backups and do not rely on the service as the sole record for regulated competition results.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or its users.
