Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in, Netlify Identity provides account information such as your email address and available profile name. When you organise a competition, we store the competition name, fencer details, pool configuration, bout scores, and related settings you enter.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate organisers, save and restore competitions, calculate rankings, provide viewer pages, and operate exports. We do not sell competition data.

Sharing

Viewer links are designed to share competition results with participants and spectators. Anyone with a viewer link may be able to see the information published on that competition page. Do not publish private information in competition fields.

Service providers

Authentication and hosting services process information on our behalf. Competition data is stored using the application database configured for the deployment.

Retention and requests

Competition data remains available while it is retained in the deployment database or deleted by an authorised organiser. For privacy questions or data requests, contact privacy@engardehq.com.
